Ergonet is announcing AuraDesk, an AI platform that puts an AI agent on the front line of a company’s communication. AuraDesk is not one more chatbot; it is a complete system that unifies three channels — voice, ticketing and CRM — and runs them as one, with the agent doing the legwork and a human staying in control wherever it matters.
The problem it solves
In most businesses, service is fragmented. The phone rings while staff are busy, requests arrive from five different places, and the customer’s history lives in a different tool from the one taking the call. The result is missed calls, slow replies and a customer picture that is never complete. AuraDesk closes those gaps by uniting the channels under an agent that has the full context at every moment.
What the agent does
AuraDesk answers phone calls in natural language over VoIP, around the clock. It understands the caller’s intent, replies from the company’s knowledge base, and when human help is needed it hands off the call with full history — not a cold “please hold”. At the same time it creates, categorises and routes tickets automatically so nothing slips through, and keeps the CRM up to date with every interaction, tying the history back to the person.
A defining design choice is that the human stays in the loop. The agent takes on the volume and the repetition; the team keeps the judgement and the decisions that matter. This is augmentation, not replacement.
Each vertical is configuration, not code
AuraDesk’s architecture is built so the same platform adapts from one vertical to the next without a rebuild. Every tenant sets its own system prompt and its own knowledge base; the agent’s behaviour, tone and knowledge change by configuration, not by new code. AuraDesk is therefore not a single-industry solution but a foundation on which many focused modules are built.
First module: hotels
The first module to ship is for hotels. It covers the front-desk phone line, guest requests and their handling — from bookings and information to a request for an extra service or a report of a problem in the room. The agent answers immediately, even after hours or when the desk is busy, opens the matching ticket and notifies the right department. More verticals follow, on the same base.
Open, modern technology
Under the hood, AuraDesk runs on a modern, open stack: containerised services for easy scaling, real-time communication, secure role-based authentication (RBAC), and a multi-tenant architecture from day one. Importantly, the business chooses which AI models to use — AuraDesk connects to the market’s leading providers without locking the customer into one.
