Ergonet has its own printer service and repair team. The people who know your consumables also know the machines they go into. Across the OEM brands we support as an official reseller and service provider, we diagnose faults, carry out repairs and keep devices running.
We supply OEM cartridges as well as compatible and remanufactured consumables. Our work with cartridge chips shows us how a device reads and recognises its supply. When a printer does not work with its cartridge, we know both sides and fix the problem at its source.
We work directly with component manufacturers. For example, components and technology from Static Control help us resolve compatibility issues on Canon devices.
